While he is well-known in the Cedarburg area for his professional integrity, his true passion lies in outreach—specifically supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. From his time as President of the Cedarburg Lions Club to his ongoing advocacy work, Brad is committed to one goal: ensuring that our community is a place where everyone, regardless of their challenges, can succeed. |

Dianne Dyer-Helmer
Co-Founder
As a Co-Founder of All My Friends, Inc., Dianne believes in the transformative power of community—the idea that every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and truly understood. This conviction is rooted in her daughter, Cassie, whose "heart of gold" and innate belief that everyone is a friend inspired the mission that started it all.
A dedicated servant-leader to the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) community, Dianne also serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Friendship Circle Wisconsin. Her leadership and meticulous organizational skills have been instrumental in shaping All My Friends, Inc. into the organization it is today. With two culinary degrees—including one from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America—Dianne understands that food and service are ultimately about bringing people together. Whether she is donating her time to local nonprofits or working tirelessly to support Cassie’s ever-growing circle of friends, Dianne is a passionate advocate for inclusion and connection. |

Allison is the passionate founder and owner of Dream Clean Inc, dedicated to creating clean, healthy environments for all clients. Her business is built on a foundation of service that extends far beyond standard cleaning services.
Driven by profound commitment to community welfare, Allison is a passionate and proactive advocate for vulnerable children, families, and individuals with disabilities. She channels her company’s success into meaningful community engagement, consistently partnering with and supporting local non-profit organizations that focus on family stability and child development. Her mission is two-fold: deliver exceptional, reliable cleaning services while making a tangible, positive impact on the lives of vulnerable families within the community. Through Dream Clean Inc, she ensures every spotless home contributes to a brighter, cleaner future for the community she loves to serve. |

Jody Kujawski

Jody Kujawski has been a dedicated volunteer with All My Friends, Inc. since 2011 and served as a board member since 2016. With over a decade of commitment to the organization's mission, Jody has played an active role in advancing inclusion and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Rochelle Anderson
Board Member
Rochelle has a background as a paraprofessional and specialized education in autism support. Through her experience, she has developed a strong commitment to working with children and addressing their individual needs. In her current role as Youth & Family Coordinator, Rochelle is deeply engaged in community-based efforts to support children and families through advocacy, resource coordination, and collaborative care. Guided by compassion and a strong belief in inclusion, she is driven to create meaningful, positive outcomes for children while strengthening the community as a whole.

Susan Pergande

Susan joined All My Friends in 2023. She is an Autism Specialist from Lake Country with extensive experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. She has worked across several autism clinics throughout southeastern Wisconsin and currently serves as a private contractor. Susan’s broad expertise and deep understanding of the field drive her strong passion for advancing the mission and impact of All My Friends.

Kevin brings a unique blend of financial acumen and compassionate leadership to the world of accounting. As a dedicated professional holding an advanced degree, he provides expert financial guidance while prioritizing integrity, clarity, and community impact.
Beyond the balance sheets, Kevin is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. He actively volunteers his time and financial expertise to non-profit organizations, focusing specifically on initiatives that support children and families facing disabilities or economic hardship. He believes strongly that sound financial health is the key to empowering organizations that serve the most vulnerable members of our community.
